Suki Binning, Chief Executive Officer, said:
“In our first full year of independence, we have been able to sharpen our focus, strengthen our identity and values and continue building an organisation designed around public protection, trauma-informed practice and long-term positive change.”
“This report demonstrates the impact that can be achieved when specialist expertise, evidence-based practice and strong partnerships come together. We are proud of what our teams have accomplished over the past year and remain committed to supporting people, communities and systems to achieve better outcomes.”

The report also highlights our unique role within justice and social care systems. Working where risk, vulnerability and complexity intersect, we support public protection while creating opportunities for rehabilitation, recovery and lasting positive change.
A strong focus on learning and innovation remains central to our approach. Research, evaluation, professional learning and lived experience are embedded throughout our service delivery, helping to strengthen practice and improve outcomes for the people and communities we serve.
While recognising the significant challenges facing the justice and social care sectors, the report outlines an ambitious vision for the future. As an organisation we continue to develop new partnerships, accommodation solutions and service innovations that can help commissioners and partners respond to some of the most pressing issues facing communities today.
The publication of the report reinforces our position as a trusted specialist provider and thought leader, demonstrating both the impact achieved during our first year of independence and our readiness to deliver even greater impact in the years ahead.
